Eve Pearson is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and the owner of Nutriworks, Inc. She is frequently quoted in print and online media as a nutrition expert. She believes that if you are active, then you are an athlete. A native of Texas, Eve was a cheerleader at TCU, where she earned a B.S. in Coordinated Dietetics. And she later earned an M.B.A. from the University of North Texas. As an athlete, Eve has competed in many triathlons, including the Brazil Ironman (2006), she ran the Boston Marathon twice (2013 & 2014), and she ran several ultra-marathons. Eve also raced in a Texas mountain biking circuit (2014-16) and competed in several ultra-mountain bike races. In 2020, she released her first book, “Sports Nutrition Rulebook for Runners” and will continue to publish a rulebook for each sport. Today, Eve enjoys spending time with her family in Fort Worth, traveling, hiking and rock climbing. She truly loves her work and enjoys helping clients attain their goals by providing the resources and encouragement they need.
